It's a rainy, gloomy day here in Cali and the perfect day for me to finally check off my to do list and start this blog. For this #tiptuesday let's discuss some different ways you can wear a sweater top and get the most use out of your wardrobe.
I love the Angora Sweater Tunic top because its lightweight making it a good transition piece from Fall to Winter to Spring. Like the title indicates, it is an Angora blend which means its superrrr soft, *all the heart eyes*. This top features a tunic length, long sleeves, and a v-neck giving it a classic look that lends to style it in different ways. The first look we'll explore is casual.
As a busy mompreneur of three, casual is my daily uniform. While I'd love to run around in my jammies and robe all day, I just don't think my family would approve. Next best thing, comfy jeans and a top. Pair the Angora Sweater Tunic with any of our jeans such as the Boho Babe jeans pictured here, add some chic sunnies, some fun shoes, a giant bag and you'll look put together with very minimal effort. Skip the hair brushing and add some dry shampoo, tousle your hair with some texture spray (I get mine from my hairdresser KTal Salon) and everyone will be asking you for some style tips!
Mmmk'ay, so I don't mean SUPER dressy but like dressy enough for a date night or a dinner that's not drive thru. Throw your sweater top over a dress, I threw mine over my favorite, the Romantic Floral dress (side note: can we talk about how gorgeous that floral print is?!) or skirt, add your fave pair of nude pumps (hello longer legs!), and wear some no smudge lippy (I love me some Nude Pink Lipsense from Once Upon a Gloss) and you’re good to go. Now if you'd like for your legs to not blind peeps like mine, I recommend a fake and bake you can do yourself at home. I love Radiant By Australian Gold Gradual Sunless lotion from Wax 'n' Go. Date night here we go!
I love me a comfy preppy look for work! You can get this super easy look by just throwing your sweater top over a collared shirt. A fun patterned collared shirt would also work but I didn't have one to show. Add some dress pants or a pair of our super stretchy jeggings (control top - our fave), no one will even know they are jeggings! Complete the look with some pointy flats and a pair of stud earrings. You'll be comfy and stylish at work.
So there you have it - some super easy, effortless ways to style your sweater tops to take you through a few seasons and occasions. I'd love to hear what you think!
I've linked some of my fave products by fellow woman owned businesses I personally patron and can vouch for, this isn't sponsored and they actually don't know I've included them beforehand. If your wanting to try some out I encourage you try them before heading to Amazon.
