SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
NO REFUNDS, RETURNS WILL RECEIVE STORE CREDIT IN THE FORM OF A GIFT CARD.
Returns must be received back to The Polka Dot Boutique within 10 business days of the customer receiving the product. We do not issue refunds for returns or exchanges. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, fragrance-free) with original tags still attached. Please email us for approval or your items will not be accepted. Shipping will not be issued a credit unless there is an issue on our end. Once we have processed your return you will receive an email with your store credit in the form of a gift card. Please allow 3 business days to process your return.
What if I want to exchange an item? Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Our inventory is limited to ensure we always have a variety of styles to choose from. Therefore, we cannot guarantee we will have the exact item still available once we receive your return.
Did you receive a damaged or wrong item?
