How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on weight and location. Orders over $75 ship free! All orders are processed & shipped within 1-2 business days. 

 

I'm local, can I pick up my order instead?

Yes! Locals may opt to do a free local pick up in the Vista / Oceanside area. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with pick up instructions. Please note, orders MUST be picked up within 7 days. Shipping costs cannot be refunded after order has been placed!

 

What is your return policy?

We are happy to exchange your item if still available. All returns will be receive store credit in the form of a gift card. NO REFUNDS. You can view our full policy here

 

Can I shop in person?

Yes! We have a private showroom in Vista, schedule your shopping session here.

 

 

Where is my package?

Tracking automatically gets sent out when shipped, usually within 1-2 business days. If you haven't received tracking information, send us an email and we'll get that to you. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only offer shipping within the U.S.
